How the work runs.
Five stages, in this order, every time — each one finished and looked at before the next crew starts. You get a dated schedule for your painting job before anyone arrives on site.
Protect
Furniture wrapped and floors sheeted before anything is opened.
Prepare
Loose paint scraped, cracks cut open and filled, damp checked.
Putty & sand
Two coats of wall putty, sanded flat between coats.
Prime
A full primer coat — the step most contractors skip.
Finish
Two coats of your chosen shade, cut in by hand at every edge.
