Five steps, in this order
Every transformation on this page went through exactly these five steps, whether it was one feature wall or an entire flat.

Site visit
We come and look at the actual walls, floors and ceilings, take measurements and note what the room is really asking for. Free, and with nothing to sign at the end of it.

Written quote
Itemised trade by trade, with the material and the system named — not a single lump sum you have to take on trust.
03
Dated schedule
A start date, a finish date and the order the trades will run in, agreed before anybody arrives with a ladder.
04
Execution
One site manager, one number to call. Furniture sheeted, floors covered and the site swept at the end of every working day.
05
Handover
We walk the job with you, list every snag you can find, close them, and hand over the warranty documentation for the material used.
